My mission is to help folks become independent cooks and bakers to reduce dependency on processed foods while sticking to a budget. I grew up poor and learned to cook and bake because if we didn't make it, bake it, grow it, catch it or hunt it, we didn't eat. If you want to learn to make good food that you WANT to eat, then this is the place for you.
